Easter Services

Join us for our drive in services on Easter Eve and Easter Sunday!

Easter Eve at 8pm we will be having a service and thinking about the time when Jesus was not yet risen. We will have glow sticks to accompany this service.

Easter Sunday we will be meeting at 10 am and will be serving communion.

MPNaz Family,

Sunday 15th, 2020- NO ON SITE SERVICE- Worship online on facebook, you can watch us
by adding “Mp Naz” as a friend to facebook.
Sunday 22nd, 2020- TBD
Sunday 29nd, 2020- TBD
This will be our procedure and we will make the decision to have online versus in person on a week by week basis:
We wanted to reach out and let you all know that first, we have been praying for each of you. We know this is a time where even if you think people are overreacting, it is still hard not to get that little gut feeling where you think “maybe”?
I know we have a lot of parent’s home during the day, spouses working in high germ areas, kids being around a lot of other kids, and the invisible germ is hard not to worry about.
With that being said, we are currently planning on meeting on Sunday within the church setting. We are not going to have Kid Services/Sunday School and are planning on having all kids with their parents during the service. We know this is not ideal, a tad bit louder, however, we all know kids don’t keep their hands and mouths to themselves. Additionally, we know our kids are probably going to be sad, but we are also going to quarantine the playdough and Legos. We ask that you pack a kid’s play bag for each kiddo to play with during the service.
Also, we will not be doing the shake hands portion, but I encourage you to reach out to one another and check in often! We will still be serving breakfast; however, we will be having gloved servers taking orders and prepping food to limit touching of, well everything. We will not be passing the offering bucket, instead, we will take a time of worship where we focus on tithing and we encourage you to give online through our tithing service: http://www.easytithe.com/mpnaz as this will limit contact.
We will have germ-x out and will be disinfecting the church prior to each meeting. We also encourage you to wash your hands frequently, not touch your face (I know this is hard), and not touch each other or their kids. We know kids love to give hugs and high fives, so we are going to encourage you to say, “no let’s do an air high five” and make it seem really cool!
If you are not feeling well, have a cough, fever, or other symptoms please rest and feel better. We would absolutely love for you to tune in through our Facebook live! Just add MP Naz friend page and we will be going live as soon as songs are over. We have a chat portion you can comment on, so please let us know that you are watching so we can reach out and include you and your family.
We love all of you and we hope that you and your family stay safe and healthy. Know we have taking the proper precautions so that you can still worship with us! We have been discussing anxiety in our youth group. We have been talking about what anxiety is, what we are called to do, and well the other lessons we have not gotten to do yet, but one thing that we have discussed is how when one feels anxious we are called to take it to Jesus in prayer. Let him know our fears, our worries, what makes us feel anxious and scared and let him take those fears for us. One of my favorite verses is Matthew 6:30-32: “And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?” This is not to make you doubt your faith in God, but to remind you that God is here now, he was here before, and he will continue to be. Take your worries and anxieties to God and let him carry your worries for you. If your anxiety escalates please reach out to us and let us know so we can help or get you help through this.
